  • Pre course requirements: Knowledge of Phonetic Alphabet
  • This is a one-day course designed to teach the operation of Radio Telephone VHF equipment including the new GMDSS (DSC) system.
  • This new system includes the use of EPIRBs, SART, and NAVTEX etc.
  • A certificate issue fee of £20 per candidate will be payable to the RYA.
